PT. BPR Mitra Bali Muktijaya Mandiri began as PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Bali Mukti Mandiri, established on 17 July 1992 by PT. Bank Bali together with five village cooperatives (KUD) in Bangli Regency: KUD Sulahan, KUD Tembuku, KUD Taman Bali, KUD Wangun Urip, and KUD Mertha Nadi. We have operated since 1 September 1993 with a clear vision: to help improve the rural economy through banking services.
For over three decades we have endured various crises and continued to earn the community's trust through savings, time deposits, and credit that empower the rural economy.
We are committed to delivering the best service to customers and the surrounding community, guided by professionalism and prudence, in line with Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations and our SOPs.
Our Founding History
Founded in July 1992 (Deed No. 319, Notary Misahardi Wilamarta, S.H.) and based in Susut District, Bangli, to collect public deposits and savings and extend credit to small entrepreneurs and rural communities. Initial authorized capital of Rp 300 million; Rp 100 million (100,000 shares) subscribed by the founders.
Since 2024, "BPR" stands for Bank Perekonomian Rakyat (previously Bank Perkreditan Rakyat), in line with Law No. 4 of 2023 on the Development and Strengthening of the Financial Sector.

Under Deed No. 01 dated 5 January 2026 (Notary I Made Gede Suweta, S.H., M.Kn.), authorized capital was increased from Rp 4,000,000,000 to Rp 32,676,000,000 (32,676,000 shares, nominal value Rp 1,000 each). Issued and paid-up capital currently stands at Rp 8,169,000,000 (8,169,000 shares).
The increase was resolved at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 26 November 2025 (followed up on 16 December 2025) and approved by the Minister of Law of the Republic of Indonesia under Decree No. AHU-0002832.AH.01.02.Year 2026 dated 21 January 2026.
