Name Change of PT. BPR Mitra Bali Muktijaya Mandiri: Strengthening Its Identity and Role in the Economy

The name change has gone through several important stages, beginning with the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) on June 29, 2024, followed by ratification through the Deed of Amendment to the Articles of Association No. 13 dated July 18, 2024. The change has also received official approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia through Decree No. AHU-0050901.AH.01.02.Tahun 2024 dated August 15, 2024.
In addition, the name change has been approved by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) of Bali Province through the Decree of the Head of OJK Bali Province No. KEP-162/KO.18/2024 dated August 26, 2024. With this approval, PT. Bank Perekonomian Rakyat Mitra Bali Muktijaya Mandiri is ready to move forward with a new identity that is better aligned with the company’s vision and mission.
In connection with this name change, various operational aspects of the company, including forms, logo, correspondence, and other documents, will soon be updated to reflect the new name. The company hopes this change will have a positive impact on its performance and its contribution to economic development in Bali and the surrounding areas.
